Es una apuesta colectiva que recoge conocimientos y prácticas para proteger a quienes luchamos por la transformación social de las distintas formas en que se manifiesta la represión estatal en Colombia. Este manual de bolsillo reúne lo que cualquier persona necesita saber sobre cómo y cuándo las fuerzas estatales pueden hacer detenciones legales. La frecuencia y sistematicidad de los abusos han hecho que creamos —equivocadamente— que la mayoría de violaciones a la libertad están permitidas en las leyes, pues el aparato judicial y policial no hacen más que profundizar los abusos, con el objetivo de controlar nuestros cuerpos y territorios bajo una falsa premisa de “seguridad”. The A las Calles Sin Miedo (To the Streets Without Fear) project is a toolbox made up of six printed manuals and a board game. It is a collective commitment that collects knowledge and practices to protect those of us who fight for social transformations in the different ways in which state repression is manifested in Colombia. This pocket manual brings together what anyone needs to know about how and when state forces can make lawful arrests. The frequency and systematic nature of the abuses have led us to believe —wrongly— that the majority of violations of liberty are permitted by law, since the judicial and police apparatus only deepen the abuses, to control our bodies and territories under the false premise of “security”"
